Amour Glacé is the vision of Lynn George, whose career blends business excellence, culinary artistry, and a lifelong love for celebration. With an Honours Degree in Business Management and a Diploma in Kitchen Management & Professional Cookery, Lynn perfected her craft through more than a decade in five-star hospitality and bespoke dessert creation.
Within the rhythm of hotel patisseries, she discovered that beauty lies in the smallest details — the balance of flavour, the harmony of texture, and the art of unforgettable presentation.
As her dream grew, so did the family behind it. Supported by her husband Allvin George, and joined by their little ones, Annelynn and Thomas George, Amour Glacé blossomed into a family-run business built on authenticity, warmth, and heart.
